The Challenge
SmartBar Products website had deprecated coding and was not responsive to mobile devices. Many of the sections featured outdated information that required updating. Obtaining additional information for product specifications was not always possible and the bounce rate for website visitors was too high.
The Goal
We needed to come up with a fresh look using nearly the same color palette as before. The logo and much of the information had to be transferred but arranged and coded in a way that would be easily navigated and utilized by visitors. Quote requests would need to be obtainable throughout.
The Design
The logo needed to stay the same and a black section with orange swirling had to be incorporated for consistency with previously created media. The new full-screen layout was created to be fully responsive to any size device screen. Interactive elements featuring streaming video, audio, pdf downloads, and forms were incorporated for greater engagement.
Project Summary
The new website design features familiar elements that reassure previous customers while showing off new elements that really make it shine. New inquiries were received through the site from the first day of publication and everyone is pleased with the new and improved layout. Products and services are now up to date with easily manageable posts and pages through administrative access.
