The Challenge
Cal’s Plumbing wanted a website designed on a future-forward framework using the Gutenberg editor for WordPress. They requested the ability to create their own front page and maintain the site themselves on an easy to manage content management system.
The Goal
We needed to incorporate the new logo created by the client and design the site to his vision. Having a new site with updated coding, content and navigation would allow for better ranking by the search engines. Providing access to 24-hour contact methods and financing options for services would enable Cal’s Plumbing to serve their customers in a deeper and more meaningful way.
The Design
The new front page was created completely by the client using their new builder software! The overall site design was fashioned to match and compliment the logo palette and was created on a WordPress CMS for database integration. Interactive areas for contact, financing, coupon clipping, and service scheduling applications were created to fit viewing screens of all sizes.
Project Summary
The site was designed with a custom footer and sidebar to fit the client’s vision for navigation and features their choice of inner-page elements that can be updated for seasonal announcements. The upgraded code and content are compliant with new PHP requirements and offer the opportunity for a great return with future search engine optimization efforts and customer satisfaction.
